So Blessed

SO BLESSED...
... a baby boy!

Light blue and white, my favorite colors for a card. Simple and delicate like a baby boy... give him two years.

I used a die I purchased at the Anaheim Craft Fair, no brand, no business card, and I regret not having gotten more of those.

Around a little baby garment, a card just built itself.

Again, I used 3D paint to outline the outfit at the collar and to add a little detail at the four corners.

Until next time...

Baby Onesies

Baby Onesies.

Once you make one of those and realize how easy it is, you will not stop making them!

If you make a A2 card, you will need a 4 1/8 by 11 card stock.

Fold the card stock in two, mark with a pencil at 1in from the top and 1in toward the inside on both side.

With a round punch, make a half circle for the neck and at both legs opening...

From the top of the leg opening, cut a straight line to the point you marked before with a pencil.

What is left to do is decorating: add a bow and buttons, or two little flowers.

Around the neck and legs and arms opening, add a little lace made with a scalloped circle punch.

Let me know if you need more explanation.

Until next time.
