Happy 16th Birthday...
When my youngest turned 16th, I had to think of a card that would go perfectly with what must be the most important happening in his life at the time... getting his driving license.
I found this car in my cricut cartridge and I just added two punched yellow round as lights for the car.

I found this car in my cricut cartridge and I just added two punched yellow round as lights for the car.
The number are also cut with my cartridge.
If you look close, you can see a double scored line under the three windows that frame the sentiment, made with a papertrey ink stamp.
The windows are cut with a Martha Stewart punch.
