I had fun making this card!
I used some snow flakes brads that I found on my favorite brad site:
eyeletoutlet.com
They have everything you are looking for.
The card is in shimmery champagne but lined in white linen, and the row of snow flakes is framed with some green marker dotted line.
I used a stencil for the lettering on the red card stock.
