Wishing you Rainbows and Sunshine (pastel colors)

Wishing You Rainbows and Sunshine

100 posts ago, I did a card that I really adore (post # 46) but it was pure hell to make.

After falling in love with those floral embellishments from Recollections, I revisited this lovely card, using pastel colors instead.

I added a drop of 3D paint in the center of the flowers.

I also punched the clouds out of a sky blue distressed paper with my Fiskars clouds punch.

Less work, more pleasure and a prettier card. Winner!!!!!

Until next time.

Rainbows & Sunshine

Rainbows and Sunshine.

Fun, fun, fun... that is, if you are in the mood for tedious work. Because I tell you, getting together those little flowers with a brad AND getting them to line up is no piece of cake.

I folded some tissue paper several time and punch through, then made a small hole in the middle of the flowers layer to run a brad.

To help with the line up, I died cut a rainbow and pin the flowers on one of the "arc".

I then tuck those under the two clouds punched in white card stock.

Nothing you can't achieve with a little patience.

Until next time.
