Flowers Rainbow Serie

Flowers Rainbow Serie.

When you have a design you like, why don't make it a serie with different catchy sentiments?

Here is my "serie".

I just  lined up those floral embellishments from Recollections between two clouds made with a Fiskars punch on a card stock where the sentiment was already printed.

I chose two different fonts highlighting the important word in bold.

To finish the card, I added some dotted line around.

Until next time.

Tiffany Blue Flowers

Tiffany Blue Flowers

I told you I would be using those floral embellishments for Recollections a lot!

This time, I chose some Tiffany Blue ones, lined them in a row and added some puffy paint at the center of the flowers.

Wishing you Rainbows and Sunshine (pastel colors)

Wishing You Rainbows and Sunshine

100 posts ago, I did a card that I really adore (post # 46) but it was pure hell to make.

After falling in love with those floral embellishments from Recollections, I revisited this lovely card, using pastel colors instead.

I added a drop of 3D paint in the center of the flowers.

I also punched the clouds out of a sky blue distressed paper with my Fiskars clouds punch.

Less work, more pleasure and a prettier card. Winner!!!!!

To My Sunny Friend

To My Sunny Friend.

Well, it happened again... I found a stamp that I had no knowledge I ever owned, or purchase or want to purchase for that matter.

My Sunny Friend... let's add a "TO" to it, now I got it.

Doesn't it make more sense?

Still loving those paper flowers and trying every single place to stick them on. Here on a piece of Kraft paper, stamped in white ink and with a puffy paint center.

Tiffany Blue Branch in Bloom

Tiffany Blue Branch in Bloom.

Once again, the same combination: Tiffany blue paper on white linen, Floral embellishments from Recollections and this time I used a Rubber Stampede branch in bloom stamp, and masked the flowers with the paper ones.

Puffy paint in their center, et voila!

Here is the same card, this time without the Tiffany Blue paper:

Tiffany Blue Flowers Card

Tiffany Blue Flowers Card.

Similar to the precedent card, but I skipped the stem part and just glued the flowers in a row, a little askew.

This is a smaller version, 4bar, and it would be perfect for a quick note.

Tiffany Blue and Flowers in a Row

Tiffany Blue and Flowers in a Row.

Once I begin with those floral embellishments, I can't stop!

I used my tiffany blue paper so that the creme flowers would stand out, and stamped the stems with a Rubber Cafe stamp.

I then masked the flower part with a paper flower and added puffy paint in the middle.

Instead of using linen card stock, I finished a stack of already made cards with a recessed middle part, where the blue paper fits just right.

Paper Flowers Blank Notes

Paper Flowers Blank Notes.

Once I began making blank notes with dry flowers, I just couldn't stop!

I found those floral embellishments from Recollections, they are not real dry flowers but rather paper flowers made with a card stock off white with a nice texture.

In one word, they do look like true dry flowers.

The only think missing was the center of the flower, and I fixed that with a little puffy paint that come in a wide pen, from VIVA, very easy to use.

You just have to be careful in letting the card dry a few hours or overnight as not to crunch that little drop of puffy paint.

I used metallic champagne card stock and white linen paper.

Another version with colored paper flower, all the same size this time:

And on kraft paper instead:
