Quick Little Cards

Mason Jar, you are everything... in kraft  with a mason jar stamped on vellum with silver ink, and a heart punch to let the sentiment peer through.

I added a little piece of string around the neck of the mason jar, and stamp a red heart with a stick from Stamps by Judith.

Dance Tutu

Dance Tutu.

The dress was made with pink card stock and I added a piece of vellum at the neck line to mask the opening and another piece to give the effect of lace on top of the leotard.

Once you decide on a shape for your pattern, it will be easier to make many of those cards in a cinch.

I used pinking shears in a circular motion to add an hem at the bottom of the dress and the lace.

I finished the card with a silver flower embellishment and a pink ribbon at the belt.

Until next time.

Wedding Dress

Wedding dress.

There must be an easier way to photograph vellum. It always appear brownish...

The wedding dress below is cut out in vellum from a pattern found on the internet:
it's in two pieces and I kept them together with a silver ribbon.

I also added a doodle in silver marker around the dress to make it stand out.
