So Blessed...

SO BLESSED...

Today was the day I  was going to "jump" and try myself at those flip cards you can see all over the Stamping Blogs.

What a better occasion than to celebrate than a new arrival?

Below is my take on it.

-253-

Those flip cards are from A Cut Above.

I used a EK tags punch for the drawers, and the little detail at the bottom of the dresser is made with a Nestability.

I inked the edge of the cards and the drawers to make them stand out a little.

The teddy bear is a Martha Stewart punch and the girl sentiment is made with a Rubber Cafe stamp on top of a Lifestyle crafts party tags die cut.

Until next time...

Sympathy

SYMPATHY...

It is always hard to find the words to help alleviate the pain of somebody who just loss a love one.

Maybe a simple card is worth a thousand words.

I used a cuttlebug embossing folder for the tree. The silver card stock is from paperandmore.com.

The butterfly is made out of silver card stock with a Martha Stewart punch.

I printed the sentiment and cut it out with a Lifestyle crafts party flags die cuts.

I also added a very slim white ribbon bow on the flag and a silvery ribbon at the bottom.

Until next time.

Thinking of You

Thinking of You

This ITTY BITTY house and tree stamp is very versatile if you chose to stamp it on different color card stock. I kept the tree on the kraft but added a stamped house on a striped blue card stock.

This card stock is solid blue on its reverse side and I punched two clouds one in solid blue and one in striped blue.

I added dimensionals under the top cloud.

The "thinking of you" sentiment was printed beforehand and die cut with a Lifestyle Party Flags die cut.

I added a piece of sheer ribbon through the opening, and again at the bottom of the card.
