Blue Flowers.
I found that wonderful vase punch from Punchbunch: I punch this vase in Kraft paper and added a Tiffany Blue cut with a Martha Stewart punch.
The blue copic coloring reminds of the matting, and I also added some puffy paint at the center of the flowers.
