Another version of the card on post 39, but a make a wish sentiment this time.
The single flower is part of the stamp set Flower Port from Close to My Heart.
I used a Mint green copic marker to match the Tiffany Blue paper.
The picture is double matted first with Tiffany Blue paper then on shimmery champagne card stock.
