I'm back!!!!

After a long absence, I am ready to post a few of my latest cards.

First, one inspired by a dear friend whose full of wisdom posts on facebook always make my day,
"Some see a weed, some see a wish"

And here again, just on time for the Christmas season that starts the day after Halloween, a card that puts in perspective what the Holiday Season is all about
"Holiday to do list"

-453-

This one is inspired by an old card of mine (# 136, Nov 28 20211), with so many possible uses,
"You make me smile"

-454-

This following card started actually as a mini card that I would put on top of gifts and chocolate boxes. I just love the message there and chose to make full size cards that could be used for New Year, birthdays, or else...
"May you have love..."

-455-

The card I used for the past Valentine's day, made with my Silhouette:
"Hearts everywhere"

Another Christmas Tree message (cf my #48 of Nov 10, 2011).
It is a lot of fun to play with fonts and create those...
"When you choose Joy"

Absolutely in Love

A printed card that took no tools but a lot of time in formatting...

I learnt as I went...

Three Pearls of Wisdom

Three little pearls of wisdom, as sayings that really make sense...

-375-

Now this one, although many a person might think of someone this card might benefit, it will be a little tricky to use, unless you don't sign the card...

Filled with Love

Filled...
... with love

Ever since I found that Mason Jar stamp, I have been thinking of the best way to use it in a card.

A jar. A jar is filled with something. Jam. Sweet things.

OK, let's filled mine with love.

After the Scrapbook fair last week end, I came back with a load-ful of embossing folders, that I also was dying  to use.

I run the silver card stock through my cuttlebug in a Chevron Cuttlebug embossing folder. I was trying to match the silver ink I used with my Mason Jar INKADINKADO stamp.

I first stamped the image on vellum, then embossed it with a Heart cuttlebug embossing folder.

I then added a yellow card stock that I trimmed just a little bigger than the jar itself.

The labels is from Kaiser Scrapbook and the sentiment is a tiny one from Sparkle n' Sprinkle.

I finished the card with a yellow baking twine, I cannot get enough of those...

Love

Love.

Another simple card: I run the white card stock in a cuttlebug embossing folder, added a red punched heart and a "love" sticker.

LOVE

LOVE.

A 4bar mini card for a change.

I wanted to use this new Love die cut I found at the Scrapbook fair: I punched it on a white card stock, rounded two corners, and matted it on silver with a tiffany blue piece of paper peeking under the love openings.

I added a blue ribbon that I secured with a silver thread tied in a bow.

I also rounded one of the corner of the linen card itself.

Love Note with Key

Love Note with Key.

I made the envelope in scoring diagonally a rectangle in red shiny paper.

I then punched a double heart in the middle with an EK Success punch and added the red heart in the middle.

I used a stamp with no name for the key, cut it our and tied it with a piece of rope around the envelope.

The envelop is propped up with dimensionals.

Love, Sing, Live

Love, Sing, Live...

It has to be the most known and widely used quote out there...

I made those quick and multi purpose cards in a cinch.

I printed them with two different fonts, then added a stamped image, (bumble bee from the Rubber Cafe or a rose from Sparkle'n Sprinkle Thanks a Bunch set), colored with my Copic makers the rose petals and the stripes of the bumble bee, and finished it of with a little Splendor ink sponged on the important words.

Dance, Love, Sing, Live

Dance, Love, Sing, Live

That must be the most known quote out there.

I printed it on vellum and stamped a piece of music sheet on the card stock below.

I then sponged a little blue on the most important words of the quote.
